Tyrus Thomas is COO and Head of Strategy, Culture & Organizational Development at STPL. With a background in elite athletics, coaching, and leadership education, he helps schools and organizations build ethical systems, strengthen culture, and align strategy with daily practice to create sustainable performance and long-term organizational success.

Dr. Raylene P. Ross is Head of Behavioral Health & Performance Systems at STPL. A licensed counselor and sport psychology consultant, she specializes in resilience and stress management. Dr. Brandon White is an educational leader and championship coach with a Doctorate in Educational Leadership.
